OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21-06: Casselberry Center — Maior Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of the proposed site plan to develop a drive through restaurant at 1391 SR 436, along with associated stormwater retention, hardscape, landscaping, and site lighting. b. SPR 21.08: Aloma Church Kids Project — Major Site Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed site plan to construct a 2,450 sq. ft. addition to an existing structure located at 1815 SR 436, along with associated hardscape, landscaping, and site lighting. c. SPR 21.10: All Pro Carport — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed site plan to construct a 484 sq. ft. accessory structure at the existing commercial property located at 269 Anchor Road. -1; iccion & Pre -Application Items N.ivua v a. None. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, persons attending this meeting are requested, in accordance with CDC guidelines, to wear face coverings and to voluntarily adhere to CDC recommended social distancing rules. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A.
