CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of April 26, 2021 — Regular Meeting Page 5 of 8 Budget Impact: The Mid -Year Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of unanticipated revenues and expenditures. These changes are presented in summary in the Mid -Year Budget Amendment Summary spreadsheet and reflect changes in individual funds. A copy of the Mid - Year Budget Amendment Summary spreadsheet is attached to and hereby made a part of these minutes. BA #21-030 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to amend the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget to reflect additional revenues and supplemental expenditures as outlined on the Mid -Year Budget Amendment Summary. Account Number Account Description Amount Increase: Various Various — See Attached Decrease: Various Various — See Attached Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment #21-030. E. Excuse Absence of Mayor/Commissioner David Henson Introduction: Mayor/Commissioner David Henson has advised that he will be out of town and unable to attend the April 26, 2021 Regular City Commission meeting. He has respectfully requested that his Excuse of Absence be placed on the Consent Agenda for consideration. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Meadows. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Future Agenda Items Commissioner Meadows suggested that the possible purchase of a memorial bench or something similar to honor Natural Resources Officer Marissa Williams be considered on a future agenda. Commissioner Aramendia stated that Friends of the Park would be willing to help with funding something to honor her.
