Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with L7 Construction, Inc. for Lift Station #31 Bend -in -the -Road Renovation Introduction: Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with L7 Construction, Inc. in the amount of $626,197 for the Lift Station #31 Bend -in -the -Road Renovation Project. (Ref: ITB -2021-0734) Budget Impact: Funding for the Lift Station #31 Bend -in -the -Road Renovation Project, in the amount of $868,536.44 was budgeted and is available in the FY 2021 Renewal/Replacement Fund Lift Stations Infrastructure account #402-0752-535.63-40. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award ITB -2021-0734 and execute a Construction Agreement with a value of $626,197 for the Lift Station #31 Bend -in -the -Road Renovation project with L7 Construction, Inc. C. Resolution 21-3238 — FY 2021 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2021; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 21-3238 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the second quarter of FY 2021. Budget Impact: The Second Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2021. The Second Quarter Budget Transfer spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 21- 3238. D. Budget Amendment #21-030 — Amending the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget Introduction: Budget Amendment #21-030 amends the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget.
