Introduction: Resolution 21-3236 provides for the Seventh Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement and Option to Purchase with Casto Casselberry, LLC. Discussion: The Sixth Amendment specified a closing date of April 12, 2021. However, to provide more time to finalize the terms of City utility easements and prepare an escrow agreement for the proceeds of the sale, the Seventh Amendment is now being submitted for City Commission consideration to extend the closing date to May 12, 2021 and to authorize the City Manager to extend the closing up to 30 days more if additional time is necessary. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager recommended consideration of Resolution 21-3236 E. Resolution 21-3237 — Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE KEYSTONE CORNER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 21-3237 provides for approval of the Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 21-3237 for the Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03). F. Amendment #1 to Agreement with SK Consortium Inc. for Continuing Professional Services for Park Planning and Design Projects Introduction: This item provides for approval of Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SK Consortium, Inc. for continuing professional services for Park Planning and Design projects in order to increase the contract limit. (Ref. SOQ-2018-0353) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Budget amendments will be forthcoming as task authorizations are assigned. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SK Consortium, Inc. for continuing professional services for Park Planning and Design projects in order to increase the contract limit to a cumulative maximum of $1,200,000.
