However, to provide more <br />time to finalize the terms of City utility easements and prepare an escrow agreement for the proceeds of the <br />sale, the Seventh Amendment is now being submitted for City Commission consideration to extend the <br />closing date to May 12, 2021 and to authorize the City Manager to extend the closing up to 30 days more <br />if additional time is necessary. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended consideration of Resolution 21-3236 <br />E. Resolution 21-3237 — Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE KEYSTONE CORNER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 21-3237 provides for approval of the Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03). <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 21-3237 for the Keystone Corner Final Plat (SP 19-03). <br />F. Amendment #1 to Agreement with SK Consortium Inc. for Continuing <br />Professional Services for Park Planning and Design Projects <br />Introduction: This item provides for approval of Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SK Consortium, <br />Inc. for continuing professional services for Park Planning and Design projects in order to increase the <br />contract limit. (Ref. SOQ-2018-0353) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Budget amendments will be <br />forthcoming as task authorizations are assigned. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Amendment #1 to the Agreement with SK Consortium, Inc. for continuing professional services for Park <br />Planning and Design projects in order to increase the contract limit to a cumulative maximum of <br />$1,200,000. <br />
