The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining <br />condition of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 18, 2020, <br />as listed below: <br />1. The City Surveyor, City Attorney, City Engineer, Community Development Director, <br />City Clerk, and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the <br />Final Plat. <br />SECTION 3.
