RESOLUTION 21-3237 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE KEYSTONE CORNER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the Keystone Corner Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes three (3) parcels with parcel identification numbers 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0330, 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0320, and 09-21-30-513M-01300- 03 10. The subject properties are generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road, in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat on November 18, 2020, and approved with a single condition making a favorable recommendation to the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on April 12, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the Keystone Corner Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: A REPLAT OF PORTIONS OF LOTS 31, 32, AND 33, BLOCK "B", SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 12 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHERLY -MOST CORNER OF LOT 30, BLOCK B, AFORESAID SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON A NON -TANGENT CURVE
