All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of January 11, 2021 — Workshop <br />B. Minutes of January 11, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the January 11, <br />2021 Workshop and the January 11, 2021 Regular Meeting, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Presentation: Award of Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial <br />Reporting <br />Mayor Henson presented Finance Director Carol Conroy and the Finance Department staff with the Award <br />for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting, which was presented to the City of <br />Casselberry from the Government Finance Officers Association for its Annual Financial Report for the <br />Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2019. <br />B. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board 2020 Annual Report <br />Staff Presentation: Recreation Manager Linda Moore presented the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board <br />2020 Annual Report to the City Commission which included the following components: <br />- Vision & Mission Statement <br />- Guiding Principles <br />- Parks, Recreation, Pathways and Open Spaces Master Plan <br />- Voter Referendum <br />- Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Updates <br />- Park Improvements - Guiding Principle — Maintaining What We Have <br />- COVID 19 <br />- Events 2020 <br />- Arts & Culture <br />- Recreation — Youth, Adult, and Senior Programs <br />
