SECTION 4. Upon inception, the Task Force will be assigned to preparing recommendations to <br />the City Commission at the conclusion of a six (6) to nine (9) month timeframe. The Task Force shall <br />establish a monthly time and place of meeting. Special meetings of the task force may be called by the <br />Chairperson, or by majority rule. Notice for special meeting shall be at least 24 hours in advance. <br />SECTION 5. City staff from the Community Development Department shall administer said Task <br />Force's activities and serve as liaison. <br />SECTION 6. The Task Force will hold all meetings in public with advance public notice. City <br />Commission and Task Force members will encourage interested City-wide members to attend and <br />participate. <br />SECTION 7. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 8. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portion hereto. <br />SECTION 9.
