Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />Mayor Henson had no report but stated that construction was currently underway at Howell Branch Road <br />and State Road 436 and advised that the next MetroPlan Advisory Committee meeting would be held on <br />February 10"' <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />Commissioner Aramendia advised that the next CALNO meeting would be hosted by the City of Altamonte <br />Springs on February 3'd . <br />D. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Henson reported that there would be an Executive Board meeting via ZOOM on February 15"', and <br />the next class in which he would be participating would be a joint session with both Class 29 and Class 30 <br />in Sanford on February 22"d. Commissioner Aramendia added that he would be coordinating the <br />Government Day class on February 22nd as the new Chairman for that session. <br />E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />No report. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 21-3218 — Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Protection for Funding Assistance for the Lake Kathryn Circle Utility and <br />Roadway Improvement Project <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 21-3218 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO ASSIST WITH <br />FUNDING A PORTION OF UTILITY -RELATED IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LAKE <br />KATHRYN CIRCLE UTILITY AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (ALSO KNOWN <br />AS PROJECT PW 1805 LAKE KATHRYN CIRCLE COMPLETE STREET IMPROVEMENTS); <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock stated that Resolution 21- <br />3218 provides for approval of an Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br />(FDEP) to assist with funding a portion of utility -related improvements for the Lake Kathryn Circle Utility <br />and Roadway Improvement Project (a.k.a. PW 1805 Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements <br />
