However, hydraulic modeling was conducted to determine potential <br />connections for both the potable water and wastewater systems to ensure that the estimated future demand <br />for water and sewer utilities can be accommodated. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended adoption <br />of Ordinance 20-1539 on second and final reading. <br />Public Hearing: Mayor Henson stated this was a public hearing to hear and consider comments and <br />questions regarding Ordinance 20-1539. Mayor Henson opened the floor for public participation. No one <br />calve forward to address Ordinance 20-1539. Mayor Henson closed the public hearing relative to <br />Ordinance 20-1539. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to adopt Ordinance 20-1539 on second and <br />final reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Second Reading of Ordinance 20-1545 — Amending City Code Chapter 68 <br />Roadway and Utility. Construction, Article IV Communications Rights -of -Way <br />The City Cleric read Ordinance 20-1545 by title, as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO <br />COMMUNICATION FACILITIES; AMENDING CHAPTER 68, "ROADWAY AND UTILITY <br />CONSTRUCTION" OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE OF ORDINANCES, BY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE IV — "COMMUNICATIONS RIGHTS-OF-WAY" TO UPDATE THESE <br />SECTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE CHANGES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 20-1545 was advertised in <br />the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, December 3, 2020. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended adoption <br />of Ordinance 20-1545 on second and final reading. <br />City Attorney Katie Reischnzann requested that Ordinance 20-1546 also be read by title only at this tune, <br />as her presentationn would address Goth Agenda Item 11.B. - Second Reading of Ordinance 20-1545 and <br />Agenda Itent 11.
