Guest (for purposes ofSection 2-7.37). Any patron customer, tenant lodger, boarder or occupant of <br />a hotel, motel or transient lodging. <br />Hotel manager. An employee working in the capacity as a manager for a hotel motel or transient <br />lodging. <br />Hotels, motels and transient lodging. j) A building or other structure used, maintained or advertised <br />as a place where sleeping accommodations are supplied for rent to transient guests, in which rooms <br />are furnished for the accommodation of such guests, and which may have as an accessory use one or <br />more dining room areas, laundry facilities, gymnasium, or pool; 2) Any public lodging establishment <br />containing sleeping room accommodations for 25 or more guests and providing the services <br />generally provided by a hotel and recognized as a hotel in the community in which it is situated or by <br />the industry. <br />Lodging. Lodging includes a hotel, motel or transient lodging- establishment. Generally refers to <br />overnight room rental to guests. <br />Visitor (for purposes ofSection 2-7.37). A person at a lodging facility who is not a guest or a hotel <br />employee, but who is at the facility at the express invitation of a guest or hotel employ <br />SECTION IV. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and <br />be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this <br />Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, <br />"Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION V. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions in conflict with any provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the <br />conflict. <br />SECTION VI. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION VII. EFFECTIVE DATE.
