A Tree Bank payment of $3,325.00 shall be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br />4. All required local, regional, state, and federal permits shall be obtained before commencement of <br />development. <br />5. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed, or the site plan shall become null and <br />void. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the proposed location of the building and access from Murphy Road <br />and Seminola Boulevard. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Hillary Hepp, Barrios Engineering, 605 Delaney Ave, <br />Suite C, Orlando, Florida and Mr. Javier Kogan, 5481 Wiles Road, Coconut Creek, Florida came forward. A general <br />discussion ensued regarding potential future tenants. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 18-18. Mr. Phillips made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve case number SPR 18-18 with staffs conditions and based upon the staff report and the <br />testimony and evidence presented, the three waiver requests and the five conditions of approval including <br />Attachments A — G. Mr. Hale seconded the motion.
