7/29/2020 <br />MODIIICA77ON,S TO ORDINANCE <br />Please note that the following minor modifications were made to Clic draft ordinance after <br />packets were sent to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />These modificatious were made based on recommendations from the City Attorney. <br />• Section 4-20.5, Enforcement and Penalties, has been removed in its entirety. <br />• The first sentence of Section 4-20.3(1✓) has been modified. The version that P& -Z <br />reviewed reads as follows: <br />"Unless Clic City Attorney opines that a development proposal should use a statutory <br />developmcut atncemcut, (lie PUD application and PUD afn-ccment will be reviewed <br />together and processed according to the lollol%iug procedures:" <br />The sentence was modified to the following. <br />"The City Attorney will work in conjunction with staff to determine if a development <br />proposal should use the statutory development agreement process in Article III.
