He said he would provide landscaping to have it blend with <br />the house. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 20-03. Mr. Hale made a motion that <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission approve case number CU 20-03 accessory structure greater than 500 square <br />feet at 1147 Quintuplet Drive. The recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff <br />report dated July 8, 2020 and the ten (10) conditions of approval including Attachment A. Mr. Bowman seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: LPA 19-12: Planned Unit Development, Development Agreements Size and <br />Dimension Criteria, and Townhouses. An ordinance to repeal and replace Article XX, Planned Unit <br />Development, and amend Article III, Development Agreements, Section 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Criteria, <br />and Section 2.7.21, Townhouses, in the Unified Land Development Regulations. <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Economic Development Planner, reviewed the information provided in his <br />memorandum dated July 8, 2020 and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning <br />Commission (a copy of the PowerPoint is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Fathelbab said staff <br />recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number LPA 19-12 to the City <br />Commission and finds that based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, the request meets <br />the applicable provisions of the Land Development Code and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the <br />written findings contained in the staff report. <br />Mr. Fathelbab stated that this has been a Planning Team project between Planning and Economic <br />Development. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor of, or in opposition to, the request.
