Community Redevelopment Agency Minutes <br />March 25, 2019 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Seventh Item of Business: Approval of Resolution 19-02: Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager, reviewed staffs memo dated March 25, 2019. Ms. Hanna <br />explained that Resolution 19-02 is an infrastructure reimbursement agreement with Axios Construction Services, LLC. She <br />said staff is requesting a reimbursement for a sewer line connection and a lift station on the southwest corner of US Highway <br />17/92 and State Road 436. Ms. Hanna explained that during the site plan review process it was determined that the City <br />does not have sewer services readily available on that side of the CRA. She said staff reached out to Seminole County and <br />an agreement was made to allow Axios to construct a lift station and connect to the Seminole County's sewer system. <br />Ms. Hanna explained that this redevelopment effort aligns with the following strategies outlined in the CRA <br />Redevelopment Plan: <br />1. Allows for infrastructure improvements <br />2. Spending up to $500,000 on development incentives for redevelopment within the CRA district <br />3. Assembly of commercial property for redevelopment <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion. Mr. Meadows made a motion to approve Resolution 19-02 including authorization <br />of funding as presented. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: Other Business. <br />There was no other business. <br />Ninth Item of Business: Public Comments. <br />Mr. Rida Sadrack, Axios Construction Services, LLC, 2905 Lakeview Drive, Casselberry, Florida thanked the CRA <br />for their partnership with his project. <br />Tenth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Glancy adjourned the meeting at 4:15 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY:iwnl <br />Joni Di n, Secretary <br />
