Supervisor Campbell provided testimony and read case information into record. The City <br />requested a correction date of March 05, 2020. If no compliance by March 05, 2020, then a fine of <br />$250.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of noncompliance thereafter. The City <br />requested a subsequent hearing date of March 19, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there several people present <br />to speak for this case. <br />Michael Mitchell, property owner, 181 S Triplet Lake Dr. gave testimony <br />Leon Tyler, tenant, 181 S Triplet Lake Dr. gave testimony. <br />Rick Lopez, neighbor, 191 S Triplet Lake Dr. gave testimony. <br />Mark Robinson, neighbor, 180 S Triplet Lake Dr. gave testimony. <br />Shannon Balcom, neighbor, 180 S Triplet Lake Dr. gave testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that the property was in compliance. <br />CE -19-002060 1040 Seminola Blvd. <br />• Fence in disrepair, City Code 3-10.3.b.I <br />Supervisor Campbell provided testimony and read case information into record. The City <br />requested a correction date of April 05, 2020. If no compliance by April 05, 2020, then a fine of <br />$100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of noncompliance thereafter. The City <br />requests a subsequent hearing date of April 16, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002060, located at 1040 Seminola Blvd., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. April 05,2020. If there is no compliance by April 05, 2020, then a <br />fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
