The Special Magistrate asked <br />if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002292, located at 741 N Winter Park Dr., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. March 12, 2020. If there is no compliance by March 12, 2020, then <br />a fine of $75.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. The Special Magistrate granted the request for additional time. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002022, located at 210 Triplet Lake Dr., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. March 27, 2020. If there is no compliance by March 27, 2020, then <br />a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
