<br />Supervisor Campbell, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of
<br />November 29, 2019. If no compliance by November 29, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for
<br />each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of December 12, 2019 to determine
<br />compliance. Philip Bonus, 1115 E. Concord St.; Orlando, FL, attorney for US Bank, gave testimony.
<br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002102, located at 1523 Canterbury Cir., was in violation of the City
<br />Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code
<br />Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. January 30, 2020. If there
<br />is no compliance by January 30, 2020, then a fine of $250.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains
<br />in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on February 20, 2020 to determine if compliance has been achieved.
<br />REDUCTION REQUESTS

<br />Supervisor Campbell, provided testimony and read case information into record. This property was in violation for 2,313
<br />days, over six years. The property owner requested a reduction of the lien in the amount of $115,650 to $1,000. The City
<br />did not recommend this reduction or any reduction for this case, as the property owner received all certified mail and was
<br />aware of the violation. Vincent Wolle, member of LLC/property owner, gave testimony.
<br />The Special Magistrate made a recommendation to the City Commission that the lien previously imposed on the property
<br />located at 440 Plumosa Ave., case number CE -11-03017 be reduced from $115,650 to $23,130. The reduced lien amount
<br />was to be paid within thirty days of the date of the City Commissions order, if the payment is not paid in thirty days the
<br />reduction would be void and revert back to the original amount.

<br />Supervisor Campbell, provided testimony and read case information into record. The property owner requested a reduction
<br />of the lien from $10,800 to administrative cost, in the amount of $70.00 that was paid at time of request and an additional
<br />$375.00 would be due for cost of staff time and 15 inspections. The City recommended this reduction as requested.

<br />The Special Magistrate made a recommendation to the City Commission that the lien previously imposed on the property
<br />located at 1422 Huntington Dr., case number CE -18-003715 be reduced from $10,800 to $375. The reduced lien amount
<br />was to be paid within thirty days of the date of the City Commissions order, if the payment is not paid in thirty days the
<br />reduction would be void and revert back to the original amount.
