The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 891 Seminola <br />Blvd. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited.
