Supervisor Campbell, advised that the cases list above were in compliance prior to the hearing and <br />would not be heard. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST NO FINE IMPOSED <br />CE -19-001852 630 Kentia Rd. <br />CE -19-002124 610 N Winter Park Dr. <br />CE -19-001726 212 N Cypress Way <br />CE -19-001703 238 Oakwood Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the cases listed above were in compliance prior to the hearing <br />and no fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE- REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />19-001109 1488 Seminola Blvd. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001109 at 1488 Seminola Blvd. was not in compliance <br />and requested imposition of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 1488 <br />Seminola Blvd. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed <br />in the amount of $100 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />19-001183 1501 E. Altamonte Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001183 at 1501 E.
