Award of Bid for RFP -2020-0683 and Agreement with Dunlap and Associates for <br />Financial Advisor Services <br />Introduction: The award of bid for RFP -2020-0683 and agreement with Dunlap and Associates provides <br />for Financial Advisor Services to the City for an amount not to exceed $150,000 over a period of three (3) <br />years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods when in the best interest of the <br />City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. When financial advisor services are needed a <br />Budget Amendment will be brought to the City Commission at that time. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval to award RFP - <br />2020 -0683 and an Agreement for Financial Advisor Services to Dunlap and Associates in an amount not to <br />exceed $150,000 over a three-year period. <br />C. Agreement with KZF Design, LLC dba KMF Architects for Continuing <br />Professional Architectural Consultant Services <br />Introduction: An Agreement with KZF Design, LLC dba KMF Architects, provides for Continuing <br />Professional Architectural Consultant Services in the not -to -exceed amount of $350,000 annually for the <br />period beginning October 26, 2020 through October 25, 2025. (Ref. SOQ-2020-0626) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Various operating and/or capital accounts in <br />various departments/divisions may be used for future Task Authorizations for this contract, subject to <br />available budgets. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval <br />of the Agreement with KZF Design, LLC, dba KMF Architects, for Continuing Professional Architectural <br />Consulting Services on a task authorization basis in an amount not to exceed $350,000 annually. <br />D. Budget Amendment #21-005 — Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds <br />Introduction: Budget Amendment #21-005 provides for consideration to donate $1,000 from State Law <br />Enforcement Trust Funds to the Safe House of Seminole. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #21-005 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State <br />Law Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82- <br />00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account #104-006-389.90-00 by $1,000. <br />BA #21-005 <br />Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval for the Police <br />Department to donate $1,000 to Safe House of Seminole from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund. <br />
