All were present except for Commissioner Andrew <br />Meadows. Commissioner Meadows' Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as a part of the <br />Consent Agenda later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of September 28, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the September 28, <br />2020 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Henson announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoice from the City Attorney is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoice has been reviewed by the affected departments and is being presented <br />for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Services — September 2020 <br />• Invoice No. 86048 <br />$ 14,247.62 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2020 Budget Account No. 001- <br />0140-514.31-01. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as <br />submitted. <br />
