Leadership Seminole Board Report Mayor Henson reported he had recently attended a virtual Leadership Seminole Board meeting and shared the following: - The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6"; - Graduation for Class 29 will be held on December 80'; - One scholarship grant was approved, and the Board was appealing to anyone able to donate to the scholarship fund to do so, as there were approximately 150 applicants for scholarships. E. Mayors/Managers Group Report Mayor Henson reported that he and the City Manager had attended the meeting on Tuesday, September 15t" and information had been provided by Seminole County that only 25% of grant funds under the CARES Act had been received thus far and encouraged those who had not yet completed the 2020 Census to do so as that had a bearing on the funding received by the County. Mr. Newlon added that funding allocated to cities would be for reimbursement of costs related to the COVID-19 crisis. He stated that the City had already submitted claims in excess of $100,000 and he anticipated submitting additional claims. Seminole Commission Chairman Zembower had shared that the County was very focused on redevelopment of the closed Deer Run Golf Course and were requesting that the City of Casselberry expand utility services into that property. He advised Chairman Zembower that the City would do its best to be of assistance. 9. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 20-3201 — Development Review Fees The City Clerk read Resolution 20-3201 by title, as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ADD AN APPLICATION FEE FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SERVICES, TO AMEND THE APPLICATION FEE FOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REVIEW SERVICES, AND TO REQUIRE AN ADVERTISING DEPOSIT WITH THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS WITH PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
