Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2020 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 20-3193 — Legacy Place Final Plat (SP 16-04) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE LEGACY PLACE FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3193 provides for approval of the subdivision of one (1) property located along the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road into a 64 -unit, fee simple, townhome community. The subject property is unaddressed and includes Parcel ID number 26-20-30-5AR-OD00- 1300, which is approximately 7.49 acres generally located in Sections 10 and 11, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, City of Casselberry, Seminole County, Florida. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 20-3193 for the Legacy Place Final Plat (SP 16-04). C. Resolution 20-3194 — Agreement with Florida Department of Environmental Protection for a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant to Develop Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR A FLORIDA RECREATION DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT FOR WHEEL PARK — CASSELBERRY — PHASE 2; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3194 provides for approval of an Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) Grant for the development of a new park in northern Casselberry under the working name Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2 in the amount of $200,000 with a required local match of $200,000, for a total project cost of $400,000. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget. As noted above, a $200,000 local match is required, and more than this amount has been included in the proposed Fiscal Year 2021 Budget in account #307-0410-572.63-27. After the Agreement is executed by FDEP, a future Budget Amendment will be brought forth to the City Commission to recognize the grant revenue of $200,000. Grant funding
