Resolution 20-3185 — Conveyance of Easement to Duke Energy for 127 131 and <br />141 Quail Pond Circle <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT TO DUKE ENERGY <br />FLORIDA, LLC AT 127 QUAIL POND CIRCLE (PARCEL ID 08-21-30-514-QB00-0260), 131 <br />QUAIL POND CIRCLE (PARCEL ID 08-21-30-514-QB00-0250), AND 141 QUAIL POND CIRCLE <br />(PARCEL ID 08-21-30-514-QB00-0240); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3185 provides for conveyance of an easement from the City of Casselberry <br />to Duke Energy at 127, 131, and 141 Quail Pond Circle (Parcel ID's 08-21-30-514-QB00-0260, 08-21-30- <br />514-QB00-0250, and 08-21-30-514-QB00-0240, respectively), which is associated with utility adjustments <br />needed for Project PW 1701 Quail Pond Circle Complete Street/Pedestrian Connectivity Improvements. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 20-3185. <br />C. Resolution 20-3186 — Conveyance of Easement to Duke Energy for Rotary Park <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT TO DUKE ENERGY <br />FLORIDA, LLC AT ROTARY PARK, 102 SOUTH WINTER PARK DRIVE, PARCEL ID 09-21- <br />30-5BO-OU01-0000; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3186 provides for conveyance of an easement from the City of Casselberry <br />to Duke Energy at Rotary Park, 102 South Winter Park Dr., Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BO-0001-0000, which is <br />associated with utility adjustments needed for Project PW 1803 South Winter Park Drive at Queens Mirror <br />Circle Traffic Signal Improvements. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 20-3186. <br />D. Resolution 20-3187 —Authorization to Submit a Protecting Florida Together Grants <br />Project Proposal to Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Funding <br />Assistance for the Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements Project <br />
