CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of June 22, 2020 — Regular Meeting Page 4 of 12 Account Number Account Description Amount Increase: 401-0752-535.63-12 Sewer Lines $9,534 Decrease: 401-0751-536.63-40 Infrastructure/PW 1335 $9,534 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Change Order No. 2 to the agreement with Darius Utilities, Inc. for the Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Project in the amount of $19,485 and approval of related Budget Amendment #20-044 in the amount of $9,534 for the Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Project. E. Final Change Order No. 3 to the Agreement with DB Civil Construction LLC for the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project Introduction: Final Change Order No. 3 to the Agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC provides for additional work as well as overruns and underruns related to the construction of the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project resulting in a deduction to the contract in an amount of $3,638. (ITB -2018-0364) Budget Impact: Final Change Order No. 3 results in a deduction of $3,638 to the current contract with DB Civil Construction for the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project. No additional funds are needed to close out the project. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Final Change Order No. 3 to the agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC resulting in a deduction to the contract in an amount of $3,638 for the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project. F. Agreements with Canin Associates, Inc. GAI Consultants Inc. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and S&ME, Inc. for General Planning and Economic Development Consultants Services Introduction: Agreements with S&ME, Inc., Canin Associates Inc., GAI Consultants, Inc., and Kimley- Horn and Associates, Inc. are provided for General Planning and Economic Development Consultants services. (RFP -2020-0649) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget as the proposed projects for these firms have been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2020. Funding for projects beyond Fiscal Year 2020 are subject to future City Commission approval. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of the agreements with Canin Associates, Inc., GAI Consultants, Inc., Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and S&ME, Inc. to commence on June 22, 2020 and continue through June 21, 2023; with renewals for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, when in the best interest of the City.
