If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting by calling (407) 262- 7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing the City Clerk at cityclerk a@casselberry.orq. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Committee members at the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent comments to the City Clerk received by phone no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be read into the record at the meeting. Persons can obtain an electronic copy of the agenda packet for this meeting by making a public records request to the City Clerk's Office by calling (407) 262- 7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing cityclerk@casselberry.org.
