OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on June 10, 2020. 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. CU 20-03: 1147 Quintuplet Drive. A conditional use request for an accessory structure greater than 500 square feet at the residential property located at 1147 Quintuplet Drive. 6. LPA 19-12: Planned Unit Development, Development Agreements Size and Dimension Criteria and Townhouses. An ordinance to repeal and replace Article XX, Planned Unit Development, and amend Article III, Development Agreements, Section 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Criteria, and Section 2-7.21, Townhouses, in the Unified Land Development Regulations. 7.
