OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. <br />in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. <br />3. Citizen Comments. <br />4. Development Review Committee Items. <br />a. SPR 18-18: Keystone Corner - Maior Site Plan Review (4th Review). A major site plan request to develop <br />a two -building, 17,362 square foot commercial plaza (restaurant/retail) located at 1531,1533, and 1535 <br />Seminola Boulevard (Parcel ID: 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0310, 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0320, and 09-21-30-5BM- <br />01300-0330). <br />b. SPR 19.18: TMJ Office and Warehouse - Maior Site Plan Review (41h Review). A major site plan request <br />to develop an 11,248 square foot building with associated landscaping, parking and stormwater at 960 Belle <br />Avenue. <br />5.
