All were present. <br />City Manager Randy Newlon welcomed everyone in attendance and gave an overview of the procedure that <br />would be followed for the Workshop. He expressed his appreciation to Finance Department staff for their <br />work on preparation of the proposed budget and to all City staff who had provided input for the workshop <br />presentations. <br />4. FINANCIAL STATUS & GENERAL FUND FORECAST <br />Presentation: City Manager Randy Newlon gave a presentation documenting the City's current financial <br />status and General Fund 10-year forecast which included the following components: <br />City Wide Overview of Major Funds <br />General Fund Analysis and Projections <br />0 Assumptions for Projections <br />0 Projected Millage Rates (2020-2029) <br />0 Projected Ad Valorem Tax Levy <br />0 Revenues vs. Expenditures <br />0 Fund Balance vs. Emergency Reserve <br />0 Questions or Comments for Discussion <br />Commissioner Busch left the multi-purpose room at 10:15 a.m. <br />5. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Presentation: Economic Development Planner Dean Fathelbab gave a presentation relating to economic <br />development within the City which included the following components: <br />New Economic Development Program Purpose & Intent <br />0 2020: Ready, Set, Go! <br />■ Started on October 6, 2019 <br />• Folding into Local Business Community & Building Relationships <br />0 Casselberry Chamber of Commerce <br />0 South Seminole Chamber of Commerce <br />Restaurant & Food Service Establishment Incentive & Assistance <br />Program <br />0 Public Works Partnership <br />Commissioner Busch returned to the multi purpose room at 10:19 a.m. <br />
