Amendment #1 to the Piggyback Contract with Dana Safety Supply for the Purchase and Installiniz of Emergency Equipment Introduction: Amendment #1 to renew the contract with Dana Safety Supply for an additional year in an amount not to exceed $125,000 by piggybacking City of Tampa Contract A-2019-0407 provides for the purchase and installation of emergency equipment on City vehicles. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding has been provided in the FY2020 Adopted Budget in the Equipment Replacement Fund Machinery and Equipment account #302-0610-572.67-22. Capital leasing for these items is addressed by a separate item on this same agenda. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Amendment #1 to the contract with Dana Safety Supply. R. Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 8 with CDM Smith Inc for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for Casselton Drive Improvements and Related Budget Amendment #20-012 Introduction: Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with CDM Smith, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #20-012 provide for additional construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Casselton Drive Improvements Project in an additional amount not to exceed $4,724.79. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #20-012 will provide an increase of $4,725 in Infrastructure Sales Surtax Fund account #114-0710-541.63-40 (Infrastructure) and #114-0000-389.90-00 (Other Non -Operating Source), sufficient to fund Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 8. For tracking purpose this item is associated with Project PW 12409 — Casselton Drive Improvements.
