CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 18, 2019 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 18 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval to piggyback the <br />Florida Sheriffs Association Contract #FSA19-VEL 27.0 for the purchase of two (2) unmarked Police <br />vehicles and eight (8) marked Police vehicles in the total amount of $361,155. <br />I. Piggyback Purchase of Four Trucks for the Public Works Department <br />Introduction: This request provides for the purchase of four trucks in the total amount of $133,637.00 for <br />the Public Works Department by piggybacking the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract FSA19-VEL27.0. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding has been provided in the FY 2020 Adopted Budget, and capital leasing <br />for these items is addressed by a separate item on this same agenda. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval for the <br />purchase of four trucks in the total amount of $133,637 for the Public Works Department by piggybacking <br />the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract FSA19-VEL27.0. <br />J. Piggyback Purchase of Lighting for the Casselberry Golf Club Parking Lot <br />Introduction: This purchase from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC in the amount of $19,800 by piggybacking <br />Clay County contract RFP No. 18/19-2 provides for lighting in the parking lot at the Casselberry Golf Club <br />driving range. (Ref. PBA -2020-0567) <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding has been provided in the FY 2020 Adopted Budget within the <br />Casselberry Golf Club Fund Improvements Other than Building Account #405-0410-572.63-24, and capital <br />leasing for this item is addressed by a separate item on this same agenda. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval for the <br />purchase of lighting for the Casselberry Golf Club driving range parking lot from Musco Sports Lighting, <br />LLC in the amount of $19,800. <br />K. Piggyback Purchase of a Clam Truck for the Public Works Department <br />Introduction: This request provides for the purchase of a clam truck in the amount of $231,932 for the <br />Public Works Department by piggybacking the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract FSA18-VEH16.0. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding has been provided in the FY 2020 Adopted Budget, Public Works <br />Department Streets Maintenance Division Account #302-0720-541.67-22, and capital leasing for this <br />vehicle is addressed by a separate item on this same agenda. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval for the <br />purchase of a clam truck in the amount of $231,932.00 for the Public Works Department by piggybacking <br />the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract FSA 18-VEH16.0. <br />
