Section 5. All real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipals: d <br />o <br />= � <br />valorem taxes pursuant to law. <br />Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance Oh <br />C <br />the office of the Secretary of the State of Florida, the office of the Governor of the State of Florida, <br />-- <br />u <br />W <br />the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole <br />County, Florida, the Seminole County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Tax Collector, <br />within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. <br />Section 7. Codification. <br />It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby <br />ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance," may be changed <br />to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />Section 8. Conflicts. <br />All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />Section 9. Severability. <br />If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, <br />or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />Section 10. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten days after its <br />passage and adoption <br />2 <br />
