ORDINANCE NO. 95-818 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA RELATING TO ANNEXATION; MAKING FINDINGS; ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21S, RANGE 30E, REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION; PROVIDING THAT THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL AD VALOREM TAXES PURSUANT TO LAW; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE ORDINANCE WITH THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1. The lands described in Schedule A, and depicted on Schedule B, location map, attached hereto, be and they are hereby annexed to and included within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida. Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are hereby revised to include the land described in Section 1 hereof. Section 3 The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find that the lands described in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, that said lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and hereby consent to the annexation. Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section 1 shall retain a zoning and land use classification established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land Use Plan until otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida. 1 CD _:_,o Cn :;0 to -rt
