CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 15, 2019 -Special Meeting <br />Page I I of 11 <br />MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to set the order of prioritization for the six parks <br />to be considered for funding of improvements through a bond referendum as <br />follows: 1) Secret Lake Park; 2) Lake Concord Park/Art House Expansion; 3) <br />Wirz Park; 4) Wheel Park (entirety); 5) Dew Drop Park; and 6) Sunnytown <br />Park. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />6. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individual came forward: <br />Mr. Mario (no last name given), expressed concerns that there were no soccer fields in the <br />City of Casselberry, suggesting that the City Commission should consider putting soccer <br />fields in the proposed Wheel Park, and also suggesting that lighting should be installed at <br />Sunnytown Park which he felt would alleviate a lot of the illegal activities that occur there. <br />No one else came forward. <br />7.
