CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of January 13, 2020 — Regular Meeting Page 4 of 11 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award RFP -2020-0532 for a primary agreement with Prime Electrical Services, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $50,000 annually for up to five years (three years initial term and two optional one year renewals), a secondary agreement with Futures Electrical, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $25,000 annually for up to five years, and a second secondary agreement with Gibson Electric in the amount not to exceed $25,000 annually for up to five years for electrical services and repairs. D. Piggyback Agreement with Pure Air Control Services Inc. for HVAC Remediation Services for City Hall and Public Works Administration Building Introduction: The piggyback agreement with Pure Air Control Services, Inc. provides for HVAC remediation services in the amount of $70,471.50 for City Hall and the Public Works Administration Building. (Ref: PBA -2020-0576) Budget Impact: Sufficient funding for this item is budgeted and available in City Facilities Repair and Maintenance Account #001-0722-519.46-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the piggyback agreement with Pure Air Control Services, Inc. to provide HVAC remediation services in the amount of $70,471.50 for City Hall and the Public Works Administration Building. E. Fiscal Year 2019 Report of City Investment Activity Introduction: The City of Casselberry Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 is submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. The report is a ministerial duty required under Florida Statutes and is provided for informational purposes only. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended acceptance of the City of Casselberry's Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Report of Investment Activity. F. Annual Report of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Investment Activity for FY 2019 Introduction: The City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2019 is submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. The report is a ministerial duty required under Florida Statutes and is provided for informational purposes only. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget.
