CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 18, 2019 — Special Meeting and Attorney -Client Session <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION <br />The estimated length of the attorney-client session was one hour. Mayor Glancy announced that the <br />individuals attending the attorney-client session were Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Anthony <br />Aramendia, Commissioner Bill Hufford, Commissioner Mark Busch, Commissioner Andrew Meadows, City <br />Manager Randy Newlon, City Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann and Assistant City Attorney Debra Babb- <br />Nutcher. The entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. The certified court <br />reporter shall file a transcript with the City Cleric within a reasonable time after the meeting and the transcript <br />shall be made public at the conclusion of the litigation. <br />Those attending the attorney-client session left the City Commission Chambers at 3:09 p.m. and the session <br />was held immediately in the City Manager's Conference Room. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The special meeting was reconvened in the City Commission Chambers at 4:10 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the termination of the attorney-client session. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows was absent fi-om. the City Commission Chambers at the time the special <br />meeting was reconvened and adjourned. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 4:11 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: % —/�- <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
