CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney-client session on Monday, <br />November 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers <br />and the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No <br />Bill Hufford, Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />Mark Busch, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager (attended attorney-client session) <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney (attended attorney-client session) <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended special meeting only) <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney (attended attorney-client session) <br />MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 3:07 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: City of Casselberry v. <br />Lily Chan, Case No. 2019 -CA -001929. The subject matter of the attorney-client session shall be confined to <br />settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
