Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Resolution 19-3118 — Adoption of the Healthy Community Complete Streets Policy <br />and Design Guidelines <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3118 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY HEALTHY <br />COMMUNITY COMPLETE STREETS POLICY AND DESIGN GUIDELINES; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock stated that Resolution 19- <br />3118 provides for approval and adoption of the City of Casselberry Healthy Community Complete Streets <br />Policy and Design Guidelines. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 19-3118. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Commission regarding Resolution 19-3118. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 19-3118, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. Ordinance 19-1521 — Adopting the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program into <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan (LPA 19-10) <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 19-1521 by title, as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ADOPT THE FIVE YEAR <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2019-2023 AS PART OF THE CITY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANDATES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER <br />163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
