ARTICLE 32 <br />WAGES <br />32.1 Bargaining unit employees that have successfully completed their initial probationary <br />period will receive wage increases as follows: <br />A. For Fiscal Year 2018-2019, effective December 30, 2018, bargaining unit <br />employees will receive a general wage increase of 5.0% of the midpoint of their pay <br />range in paragraph 32.7. Any amount in excess of the maximum of the pay range <br />will be paid in a lump sum not added to base pay. <br />B. The parties recognize that for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 bargainingunit <br />employees were inadvertently provided increases of 5.0% to their base pay instead <br />of being provided increases of 5.0% of the midpoint of their page in accordance <br />with paragraph 32.1.A above. To correct this and to provide bargainingunit <br />employees Fiscal Year 2019-2020 wage increases effective December 29 2019 <br />bargaining unit employees will have their base pay recalculated to reflect what their <br />base pay would have been had they been provided Fiscal Year 2018-2019eg neral <br />wage increases in accordance with paragraph 32. LA above and then a general wage <br />increase of 6.0% of the midpoint of their pay range in paragraph 32.7 below will be <br />added <br />OFAM-A <br />- - - <br />. <br />C. For Fiscal Year 2020-2021, effective December 27, 2020, bargaining unit <br />employees will receive a general wage increase of 5.0% of the midpoint of their pay <br />range in paragraph 32.7 below. Any amount in excess of the maximum of the pay <br />range will be paid in a lump sum not added to base pay. <br />"Exhibit All <br />32.2 Employees that have not successfully completed their initial probationary period will receive <br />a prorated increase effective upon successful completion of their initial probationary period (no <br />earlier than one (1) full year of employment) in the amount of 1/12th of the increase provided for <br />the applicable fiscal year for each full month employed in the previous calendar year (i.e. an <br />employee hired in November would receive 1/12th and an employee hired in previous January <br />would receive 11 / 12th <br />32.2 Wage increases for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and any subsequent fiscal year, if any, will be <br />established through the collective bargaining process. <br />32.3 Bargaining unit employees assigned to the night shift (i.e., employees who are regularly <br />assigned to start their shift at or after 1700 hours) shall receive a 2% increase to their base hourly <br />rate for all regular hours worked on the night shift. <br />
