Copies of the sample ballot and Ordinance 19-1526, which includes additional information concerning the Bonds, the Project and the Bond Referendum, are available to the public in the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, and the same may be inspected by the public during the normal business hours of Monday — Thursday, 7:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing assistance in obtaining any information relating to Bond Referendum Election should contact the City Clerk at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133. In accordance with the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida and the City Charter, all qualified electors of the City shall be entitled to vote in the Bond Referendum Election and the City of Casselberry shall be authorized to issue the Bonds covered by the question above only if such issuance shall have been approved by vote of a majority of the qualified electors of the City voting thereon.
