Resolution 19-3134 — Glen Academy at Lake Marie Replat Final Plat (SP 19-04) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE GLEN ACADEMY AT LAKE MARIE REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 19-3134 provides for the Glen Academy at Lake Marie Replat Final Plat (SP 19-04). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3134 for the Glen Academy at Lake Marie Replat Final Plat (SP 19-04). C. Resolution 19-3135 — Application for Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION RELATING TO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE FLORIDA RECREATION DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SECOND PHASE OF A NEW PARK IN NORTHERN CASSELBERRY UNDER THE WORKING NAME "WHEEL PARK — CASSELBERRY — PHASE 2"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 19-3135 provides for approval to submit an application for a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) Grant for the development of the second phase of a new park in northern Casselberry under the working name "Wheel Park — Casselberry — Phase 2". Budget Impact: There is no immediate impact to the City Budget. However, the grant requires a local match of $200,000 for a total project cost of $400,000, and the grant is provided on a reimbursement basis. Therefore, if awarded, the City would need a future Budget appropriation to recognize the revenue, allocate the match, and allow expenditures on a reimbursement basis. This may apply to future budget year(s). Based on the City's current CIP (Capital Improvement Program), $200,000 in local funding would be provided for this project in Fiscal Year 2020-2021. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3135.
