along said right of way line to a point on the South line of Lot 1, Addition to Central Park according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 9, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 552.9 feet more or less along said South line to the water's edge of Lake Kathryn; thence Southeasterly 306 feet more or less along said water's edge to a point on the South line of said Bay Tree Shores, said point being on the North line of Lake Kathryn Village, a Condominium according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 49-52, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence South 57 degrees 08 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 654.4 feet more or less along the South line of said Bay Tree Shores and along the North line of said Lake Kathryn Village, a Condominium to the Point of Beginning. SECTION 2. The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 14, 2019, as stated below: 1. Prior to final approval by the City Commission, the applicant shall make the necessary changes to the Plat based on the remaining comments. The applicant will then resubmit the plat and any necessary documentation to allow the City to review and ensure all necessary changes and requirements have been met. 2. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the plat. SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution.
