RESOLUTION 19-3129
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
<br />PARK PLACE AT LAKE KATHRYN REPLAT;
<br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Frank Ramseur, has submitted the Park Place at Lake
<br />Kathryn replat for final approval which includes parcel identification numbers 08-21-30-501-
<br />0000-0020, 08-21-30-501-0000-002A, 08-21-30-502-OA00-0010, 08-21-30-502-OD00-0000,
<br />08-21-30-502-OB00-0030,08-21-30-502-OS00-0000, 08-21-30-502-OSO1-0000, 08-21-30-502-
<br />OS02-0000, 08-21-30-502-OB00-0010, 08-21-30-502-OB00-0070, and 08-21-30-502-OB00-0060
<br />and which are generally located east of the intersection between Button Road and Seminola
<br />Boulevard, in Casselberry, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole
<br />County Addressing, City Planning staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract
<br />surveyor for the City; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry (City) Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed
<br />the replat on August 14, 2019, and provided a favorable recommendation to the City
<br />Commission that included conditions of approval; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the
<br />City's consultants on September 23, 2019.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the replat for the Park Place at Lake Kathryn as filed
<br />with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following:
<br />All of Lot 2, Addition to Central Park according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page
<br />9 and all of Bay Tree Shores according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 42,
<br />Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Begin at the Southwest corner of Bay Tree Shores according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
<br />Book 8, Page 42, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, said'point being on the East right-
<br />of-way line of Seminola Boulevard per right-of-way Map Book 4, Pages 88 through 110, Public
<br />Records of Seminole County, Florida, said point being on a non -tangent curve concave East,
<br />having a Radius of 523.60 feet and a central angle of 18 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds; thence
<br />from a Tangent bearing of North 27 degrees 38 minutes 53 seconds West, Northerly a distance of
<br />165.00 feet along the arc of said curve and along said right of way line to the Point of Tangency
<br />of said curve; thence North 09 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 479.10 feet
