Resolution 19-3107, the Initial Assessment Resolution, is the first of two resolutions
necessary to enact the Special Assessment to replace the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall and addresses
the following: 1) describing the property within the Sausalito Assessment Area; 2) providing estimated
capital cost of the project; 3) determining property will be specially benefitted; 4) establishing assessment
method; 5) directing preparation of an Initial Assessment Roll; 6) directing publishing of Notice of Public
Hearing for the Final Assessment Resolution; and 7) authorizing the date, time, and place of the Public
Hearing.
Budget Impact: There is no immediate budget impact associated with this item.
