There is no match requirement. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 19-3109. <br />H. Acceptance of a Forfeited Vehicle Pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture <br />Act <br />Introduction: Acceptance of a 2014 Honda Civic, VIN 2HGFB2F87EH519290, which was forfeited <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act under Casselberry Police Department <br />Case #201820001251, provides for an addition to the Police Department's fleet for use in routine, <br />investigative, and emergency law enforcement operations. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended acceptance of the 2014 Honda <br />Civic, VIN 2HGFB2F87EH519290, which was forfeited pursuant to the provisions of the Florida <br />Contraband Forfeiture Act under Casselberry Police Department Case #201820001251 to be added to the <br />Police Department's fleet for use in routine, investigative, and emergency law enforcement operations. <br />I. Employee Health Insurance Renewal for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />Introduction: Approval provides for renewal of City employees' health insurance coverage from United <br />Healthcare for Fiscal Year 2019-20. <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City's share of employee health insurance premiums will be provided in <br />the adopted budget for FY 2020 in the applicable Health Insurance expenditure account for each <br />department. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of the negotiated <br />renewal for health insurance coverage with United Healthcare at an increased rate of 17.3% for FY 2019- <br />20. <br />J. Grant Application for the Helping Emergency Responders Obtain Support <br />(HEROS) Program <br />Introduction: Submittal of a grant application to the Florida Department of Health, Helping Emergency <br />Responders Obtain Support (HEROS) Program may result in a grant award to obtain emergency opioid <br />antagonists (a drug that blocks the effects of opioids administered from outside the body). <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />
