<br />William this was a special project, so the preparation time and the postage was
<br />billed to the board.

<br />1. Ferrell Jenne commented the report had been filed with the State
<br />and they were awaiting formal approval. The distribution amounts
<br />were typically released in August.

<br />1. Ferrell Jenne commented the proposed Ordinance was adopted by
<br />the City on April 8, 2019.
