E. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Prime Construction Group, Inc. for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Rehab Project and Related Budget Amendment #19- 048 Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with Prime Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $2,750,000 and approval of related Budget Amendment #19-048 for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Rehab Project are requested.
