E. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Prime Construction Group, Inc. for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Rehab Project and Related Budget Amendment #19- <br />048 <br />Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with Prime Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $2,750,000 and approval of related Budget Amendment #19-048 for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Rehab <br />Project are requested. (Ref: #ITB -2019-0502) <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
