A. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1521 - Adopting the Five Year Capital Improvement Program into the City's Comprehensive Plan (LPA 19-10) The adoption of the Five Year Capital Improvement Program (2019-2023) into the Capital Improvements Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan is requested. 11. B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1518 - Amending the Official Zoning Map Designation for Properties Located Near the Northwest Corner of E. Altamonte Drive and S. U.S. Highway 17-92 (ZB 19-05) Amending the Official Zoning Map designation from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for approximately 6.89 acres located at the northwest corner of E. Altamonte Drive and S. U.S. Highway 17-92 is requested. C. Public Hearing: Resolution 19-3112 - Final Assessment Resolution for Sausalito Assessment Area Approval of the Final Assessment Resolution, providing for enactment of a Special Assessment for the Sausalito Assessment Area in order to construct a replacement Sausalito Shores subdivision wall, is requested. 12. Resolution 19-3119 - Issuance of Taxable Sausalito Wall Special Assessment Revenue Bond, Series 2019 in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $1,643,579 and Related Budget Amendment #19-043 Approval of Issuance of Taxable Sausalito Wall Special Assessment Revenue Bond, Series 2019 in the aggregate principal amount of $1,643,579 and related Budget Amendment #19-043 is requested. B. Award of ITB -2019-0441 and Construction Agreement with Cohen Construction Inc. for Construction of PW 1819 Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall Replacement Approval to award a bid and execute a Construction Agreement with Cohen Construction Inc. for construction of project PW 1819 Sausalito Shores subdivision wall replacement in the amount of $1,411,504.00 is requested. Task Authorization #8 with CPH, Inc. for Construction Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for PW 1819 Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall Replacement Approval of Task Authorization #8 with CPH, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $99,825.00 to provide Construction Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection services for PW 1819 Sausalito Shores subdivision wall replacement is requested.
