SECTION I. Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, adopting the Comprehensive Plan ofthe City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, is hereby amended to designate the Property described in "Attachment X% consisting of <br />approximately 0.921 acres, from High Intensity Non-Residential/Medium Density Residential to <br />Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use as shown in "Attachment B". <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions, in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty-one <br />(3 1) days after adoption. If challenged within thirty (30) days after adoption, this Ordinance shall <br />not become effective until the State Land Planning Agency or the Administrative Commission, <br />respectively, issues a final order determining the adopted small scale development amendment <br />contained in this Ordinance is in compliance. <br />FIRST READING this 112Nay of J_c., A.D. 2019. <br />SECOND READING AND ADOPTION this lay of —114 <br />, A.D. 2019. <br />IJ <br />ATTEST; <br />onnna G.
